Meet Christine & Family

Christine has been a registered nurse for 15 years at Long Beach Memorial hospital.  She holds a masters degree in Geriatrics acute care and is raising two beautiful daughters alongside her husband who works in environmental construction and demolition. We first met Christine in late 2017 when she began to think about using the equity of her North Long Beach home to move into a better school district for her daughters. 

It took some thought and some planning, but in 2020 Christine decided it was time to make the move. We were given the following task: 

Sell starter North Long Beach home in as-is condition 

Find replacement home that is remodeled, with a pool, and gives the family similar payment as their starter home

Coordinate all time lines and negotiations to allow the family to move straight from starter home to dream home with no hotel rentals or inconveniencing family

I'm happy to report that we accomplished everything, except the pool. It should be noted that this feat was done between January and March of 2020 during the time of COVID -19.
