Meet Vanessa & Daniel

Vanessa contacted me in the Fall of 2019. She owned a starter home in Compton, not too far from the civic center. The one bedroom home had worked well as a starter property, but as her equity grew, she began to wonder whether she might be able to afford a bigger home closer to her work in Carson. The house needed work and Vanessa was afraid she'd have to spend thousands to get it ready for the market.
