In March of 2020 we were tasked with selling this top level condo on Pine Avenue in Long Beach. Not only were we in the midst of a shut down due to COVID19, but our clients were being challenged with their work in the health care profession along with a move across counties. More than ever, it was imperative that we mobilize all our resources to help. From our book of trusted vendors we were able to find painters, cleaning services, and more to get the condo market-ready in a safe and responsible manner. We leveraged virtual tours and other technology to limit physical access to the unit while providing maximum exposure.
I'm happy to report that the unit was sold at list price in as-is condition. The buyer was able to close in 21 days, but we negotiated enough time for our client to complete his move as permitted by a hectic work schedule.
